You can order a micro-SIM online from O2, Orange or Vodafone.  Check our list of iPad price plans.

How much does it cost?

The prices vary, from £2 per day for occasional users up to £25 per month for heavier users.

Can I use my current SIM card?

No.  The iPad uses a micro-SIM which is smaller than your current SIM card.

Can I use my iPad 3G abroad?

Most iPad 3G subscriptions cannot be used abroad.  If you are travelling abroad it is far cheaper to use local WiFi hotspots.

Do I need to commit to a contract?

No.  The current iPad data price plans are either pay as you go or have a rolling month-to-month contract.

What happens when I reach my data limit?

You will need to top-up your balance.
